Tanoke objectives

Tanoke aims:

  1. To develop motor skills
    The Tanoke system contains thousands of movements that are systematically learned along the years. All the movements have been described to videos that facilitate the practice.
  2. To develop personality
    Special attention is paid in the Tanoke training to the developing of ability to concentrate, self-discipline and attentiveness.
  3. To develop information skill
    The Tanoke system has its own theoretical frame of reference that is based on the model of the learning of a thousand movements and educational visualization model.
  4. To emotional developing
    An attempt is made to create a positive feeling to an own sport in the Tanoke training.
  5. To develop creativity
    In Tanoke training an attempt is made to encourage creative playing.
