Tanoke - Dribbling, coordination and fake moves DVD

Length: 60 min

Learn how to execute tricks like Messi, Ronaldinho, Christiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Through this DVD you have an opportunity to learn how use tricks to confuse the opposition.

To be able to master these tricks you must possess a good level of body control, fast feet, acceleration speed, balance and the ability to use both feet. It is also important to know how and when to use the tricks.

Tanoke-DVD will provide you with an easy and interesting way to learn and practise. The DVD will provide you with tricks executed by skilful players, all you have to do to learn them is to imitate the movement patterns demonstrated in the DVD.

How to use the programme:

1. Pick a movement from the DVD.

2. Perform a concentration exercise.

3. Watch the movement sufficiently many times in order to anchor it to
your mind. Analyse it into begin-, mid- and end-phases. Pause the playback, if necessary.

4. Perform the movement as a visualisation exercise.

5. Perform the movement without a ball, slowly to begin with.

6. Perform the movement with a ball.

Tanoke - Ice Hockey 1, Nervous System DVD

Length: 45 min

Tanoke Ice Hockey 1 - Nervous System DVD will give you an opportunity to learn about 150 moves. It gives new ideas regarding off the ice excercices of the ice hockey - the co-ordination of feet and hands, the control of the body, balance trainings, the speed and mobility trainings and stick handling.
